MYGOLDSMITH — Three-Portal Service Platform

• Designed and led end-to-end experience for a multi-sided jewellery service ecosystem — Customer, Provider, and Admin portals — covering repair, polishing, valuation, exchange, and consultation services
• Conducted extensive requirement-gathering with business leaders, service advisors, operations teams, and management to map workflows, identify process gaps, and define system requirements
• Customer Portal: Structured around trust-building before transaction — service discovery, intent capture, provider matching, booking flow, appointment management, status tracking, and post-service engagement
• Provider Portal: Designed for clarity on active orders, communication threads, and delivery status — enabling advisors and service centres to manage assignments and maintain accountability with reduced inbound queries to admin
• Admin Portal: Designed as an operations command layer — provider management, order tracking, quality review, escalation workflows, and reporting. Built role-based views so management could act at the right level without drowning in provider-level detail
• Established role-based permissions, validations, and process controls to ensure service quality and operational consistency across the ecosystem
• Gave management full operational visibility for the first time. Reduced cross-system communication overhead and enabled the business to scale service capacity without proportional ops headcount
